STEADY GROWTH CONTINUES
A Shippers Association is a non-profit, member-owned organization which uses the combined shipping volumes of its members to leverage benefits for the group, primarily in the form of lower ocean freight rates. The Food Shippers Association of North America (FSANA) formed in 1996 around a core group of companies engaged in the export of frozen and chilled foodstuffs.
FSANA consistently demonstrates steady growth in membership and volume. As we expand, our ability to provide our members with even better rates and more choices in carriers grows even greater. The Association has signed contracts with most major carriers covering every major trade lane. We are also continuously working with our contract carriers to expand coverage and keep our rates competitive.
